The room had a very spacious layout. The bed offered great comfort. I enjoyed the range of tv channels available! I found the staff helpful when I needed assistance finding local attractions. Their recommendations were spot on! The breakfast buffet each morning had a wide selection of options. The pastries were particularly fresh.
I noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom. The grout needed some attention. It would be helpful to refresh the sealant around the shower area.

the building and grounds were attractive. the food in the garden brasserie was excellent.
i booked an executive double room. upon arrival, i learned that i would not get that room and instead was given a freezing cold room in an outbuilding. people were shouting and banging on doors at 4am.
